Our premiere team of dentists, specialists and staff are committed to providing you with a positive experience in dental care at every visit. Dr. Keren Levine earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, then completed her residency at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry and the Middlesex County Dental Association. Dr. Alec E. Keon earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, formerly known as UMDNJ, where he graduated at the top of his class and went on to complete his residency at Morristown Medical Center. He is a member of several dental societies, including the American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association and the American Academy of Sleep Dentistry. On staff, we also have Dr. Jeffrey Doblin, a leading specialist who studied periodontology at the University of Rochester, Eastman Dental Center. He has been a practicing periodontist for over twenty years and is an active member of the Academy of Periodontology. Dr. Joan Klayton is our certified orthodontist on staff. She earned her degree in dental medicine from the University of Pennsylvania and then continued her education at UMDNJ, where she graduated from their Orthodontic Specialty program.
At Dental Arts Group- Manalapan, we emphasize the importance of a preventive approach to dental care, and recommend biannual visits for teeth cleanings and comprehensive examinations. Our goal as your Manalapan dentist is to keep your teeth cavity free from the start and to detect oral health conditions early on, when treatment is most effective. For our pediatric patients, whose lifestyle and dietary habits make them most susceptible to cavities, we recommend dental sealants and fluoride treatments, which provide extra protection. We also provide oral appliance therapy for patients who suffer from obstructive sleep apnea. Sleep apnea is a common, potentially life-threatening condition, that may be treated with a comfortable, customized oral appliance that effectively prevents airway collapse.
Our practice also provides advanced approaches to improving the appearance of your smile with cosmetic dental solutions. Minimally invasive procedures such as teeth whitening and porcelain veneers are relatively simple approaches to achieving a brighter, more harmonious smile. We offer convenient, high quality, same day crowns using CEREC technology, which allows your dentist to fabricate dental restorations on-site, in just one visit. CEREC eliminates the need for a temporary crown or a return visit. We are also leading providers of Invisalign, an alternative to traditional metal braces, which delivers orthodontic treatment with virtually invisible plastic aligners. We can also replace missing teeth, prevent bone loss and preserve the contours of your face with revolutionary dental implants. An implant acts as an artificial tooth root, which fuses directly with your jaw, providing stable support for a dental prosthesis. We also offer fixed bridges and customized, natural looking dentures.
Having specialists on staff makes dental care more convenient for you and your family. Rather than having to visit a number of different offices, you can receive treatment in one accessible location, with a team that knows you and your case. Orthodontic treatment can correct malocclusions of the jaw and misaligned teeth, to create healthy, beautiful smiles. The American Association of Orthodontists recommends that all children visit an orthodontist for an evaluation by the age of seven. Adults are candidates for orthodontic treatment as well. At Dental Arts Group-Manalapan, we also have a skilled periodontist on staff. Our specialist can help you to keep your gums and supporting bone around your teeth healthy, as well as perform crown lengthening and gum grafting for cosmetic and restorative procedures.
